Socialix.io is a universal social search engine that enables users to search public content across multiple social networks. The Service provides advanced search capabilities with filters for different content types.
You may use the Service as an anonymous user with limited functionality, or create an account for additional features. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We offer the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Search limits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused searches do not roll over to the next period. We track anonymous usage using browser fingerprinting to prevent abuse.
Important: We do not provide monetary refunds for subscription payments. Instead, refunds are provided as rate limit extensions.
If you are unsatisfied with our Service or experience technical issues that prevent you from using your searches, we will provide a refund in the form of additional search credits added to your account. The number of credits provided will be proportional to the unused portion of your subscription.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may offer monetary refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Socialix.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Social network content displayed in search results belongs to its respective owners.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SEARCH RESULTS ARE PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THEIR ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Socialix.io SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socialix.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party services including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Socialix.io operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
